An artificial reality that projects thr user into a 3-D space generated by computer. Implementations include the use of data glove and head-mounted stereoscopic display, which allow users to point to and manipulate illusory objects in their view. The term is also used for computer games and interactive environments on the Web that allow you to move from one room or area to another.
