R:BASE

A relational DBMS for DOS, Windows and OS/2 from Microrim, Inc., Bellevue, WA. It provides a complete programming language as well as an application generator for developing programs. It was the first DBMS to compete with dBASE II in the early 1980s. R:WEB is a runtime version of R:BASE for the Web.
