RAD(Rapid Application Development)

An approach to systems development that includes automated desing and development tools (CASE) and joint application development (JAD). Developed by industry guru, James Martin, it focuses on human management and user involvement as much as on technology. It also emphasize developing the system incrementally and delivering working pieces every three to four months, rather than waiting until the entire project is completed before implementation.
