NOR(Not OR)

A Boolean logical operation that is true if all inputs are false, and false if any input is true. An exclusive NOR is true if both inputs are the same.

NOR(Not OR) Phép tính logic luận lý mà là đúng nếu tắt cả các dữ liệu nhập là sai và là sai nếu bất kỳ một dữ liệu nhập nào đúng. Một NOR loại trừ là đúng nếu cả hai dữ liệu nhập giống nhau.
