Netscape Navigator

A Web browser for Windows, Macintosh and X Windows from Netscape. It provides secure transmission over the Internet, and Netscape server software provides encryption based on the RSA method. Navigator has become the most popular Web browser. As of Version 2.0, Navigator supports Java applications and provides a formal method for posting plug-in applications from third parties.
