NDS(NetWare Directory Service)

A global naming service in NetWare 4.0 based on X.500 for compatibility with other public directories. The NDS Directory maintains information about all the resouces in the network, including users, groups, servers, volumes and printers. NDS replaces the bindery file used in previous versions of NetWare and is backward compatible with it.
