DCC

(1) (Digital Compact Cassette) A digital tape format that uses a variation of the common analog audio cassette. DCC machines also play analog cassettes.

(2) (Direct Cable Connection) A Windows 95 feature that allows PCs to be cabled together for data transfer. DCC actually sets up a network connection between the two machines.

(3) (Digital Content Creation) The development of news worthy, educational and entertainment material for distribution over the Internet or other digital media.
