base-level synthesizer

In multimedia, the minimal music synthesizer supported by Microsoft Windows 3.1 and its Multimedia Personal Computer (MPC) specifications. The synthesizer must be capable of playing a minimum of six simultaneous notes on three melodic instruments, and three simultaneous notes on three percussion instruments.
