ARM chips

A family of RISC-based microprocessors and microcontrollers from Advanced RISC Machines, Los Gatos, CA. ARM chips are noted for their small die size and low power requirements. They are widely used in PDAs and other hand-held devices, including games and phones, as well as a wide variety of consumer products. The StrongARM chips are high-speed versions developed with Digital.
