AGP(Accelerated Graphics Port)

The socket or expansion slot into which a high speed graphics adapter card can be added. This port provides a special route (bus) from the PC’s Processor to the memory, which can cope with the demands of 3D Graphic material. It was developed by Intel Corporation.
