CGI

(1)(Common Gateway Interface) A programming interface used to link Web pages to databases and other programs. CGI programs are very small and are written in Perl or some other script or high level language. They reside on the Web server and function as the glue between the HTML pages and the databases.

(2)(Computer Graphics Interface) A device independent graphics language for display screens, printers and plotters that stemmed from GKS.

(1)(Common Gateway Interface) Một giao diện lập trình dùng để liên kết trang Web với các cơ sở dữ liệu và những chương trình khác. Các chương trình CGI nhỏ và được viết bằng Perl hay một số ngôn ngữ script hay ngôn ngữ cấp cao khác. Chúng thường trú trên Web server và có chức năng hoạt động nhằm liên kết giữa các trang HTML và các cơ sở dữ liệu.

(2)(Computer Graphics Interface) Một ngôn ngữ đồ họa độc lập với thiết bị dành cho các màn hình, máy in và máy vẽ bắt nguồn từ GKS.
